Frequently Asked Questions

Do the panels require cutting or trimming on site? No. Each panel set is precision-cut for the 2019+ Sprinter floor geometry before it ships. The panels are designed to drop into place without site cutting. If your van has any aftermarket modifications to the floor (lift kits, custom subfloor, etc.), contact us before ordering.

What is the coin-pattern surface made of? The top surface is a rubber coin-pattern finish — the same surface type used in commercial vehicle flooring and cargo areas. It's slip-resistant, easy to wipe clean, and durable under heavy repeated use.

Can I install the floor panels before or after the structural rails? Floor panels are typically one of the first components installed — after any underfloor insulation work but before cabinetry and wall panels. The Virtus floor panels are designed to install independently of the structural rail system. See the installation guide for the recommended build sequence.

What's the difference between Black Coin and Gray Coin? Both use the same rubber coin-pattern surface construction. Black Coin is a deep matte black that pairs with the standard Virtus black powder-coat hardware. Gray Coin is a mid-tone gray that works well in builds with white cabinetry or lighter interior finishes.

Do the floor panels work with Virtus cabinetry and wall panels? Yes — the floor panel system is sized and designed to work with the full Virtus modular system. Cabinet legs and wall panel bases sit cleanly on the floor panel surface without requiring modification.

What if I have a custom subfloor or added insulation? If your floor height differs from the standard Sprinter factory floor, the panel fit may be affected. Contact us with your floor configuration details before ordering and we can advise on compatibility.
