Your Van. Your Configuration.
No two travelers use their vans the same way. That’s why Virtus Vans offers a modular approach to building your interior. Choose the cabinetry, storage, sleeping space, kitchen, utilities, seating areas, and finishes that make sense for your van and the way you plan to use it.
You can start with one of our proven complete builds, modify an existing layout, combine ideas from multiple builds, or work with us to create something completely custom.
Build Your Van in Four Steps

(1) Choose your Van
Our systems are designed for high-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. We’ll confirm your van’s year, model, and wheelbase before developing your build.

(2) Plan Your Layout
Choose cabinet sizes and placement based on how you plan to use your van. Configure your kitchen, storage, sleeping area, and open space around your gear, passengers, and travel needs.

(3) Select Your Components
Complete your build with appliances, seats, toilets, showers, power and water systems, and other equipment not included in the base layout kits.

(4) Choose Your Finishes
Personalize your interior with cabinet colors, panel materials, countertops, flooring, and other finish options.
Designed to Change With You
Virtus components work together as a complete modular system, giving you the freedom to configure your interior around the way you travel. Our structural rails allow cabinets and other components to be easily bolted into place, removed, or repositioned, while multiple cabinet sizes and layout options make it possible to adapt your van as your needs change.
Need a Place to Start?
Building a custom van doesn’t mean beginning with a blank page. Our complete builds demonstrate proven ways to combine the Virtus system into a functional interior.
Choose the build closest to your needs, modify its layout and components, combine ideas from multiple builds, or simply use them as inspiration for your own configuration.
Finish Options
Once your layout is established, choose from a range of cabinet colors, panel materials, countertops, flooring, and interior finishes. Our team will help you coordinate the materials into an interior that feels complete and distinctly yours.
Start With a Strong Foundation
Every complete Virtus build begins with Basecamp: structural wall and ceiling rails, an insulated floor system, finished wall and ceiling panels, and an integrated headliner shelf.
Basecamp creates the foundation. From there, we configure your cabinetry, storage, bed, utilities, kitchen, and other components.
