This policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from Virtus Vans. It is designed to protect and clarify expectations for the customer, the carrier, and Virtus Vans.
Estimated Product Lead Time
At Virtus Vans, every product is built with precision, durability, and attention to detail. Because of our commitment to quality and the made-to-order nature of many of our components, please allow an estimated lead time of 4 to 6 weeks for production and fulfillment.
This lead time begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Please note:

Lead times may vary slightly depending on order volume, product complexity, and material availability.

Shipping transit time is not included in the lead time estimate.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Coverage & Costs
Shipping is only available within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, or any international destinations.
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated. All shipping rates are product-specific and based on the size, weight, and delivery destination.
Customers are responsible for all shipping-related charges, including but not limited to:

Standard shipping fees

Remote access or delivery surcharges

Liftgate or special handling services, if required

Redelivery or storage fees, when applicable
All shipping costs will be calculated and disclosed at checkout or provided as part of a custom quote for large or specialty orders.
Standard Parcel Shipments (UPS, USPS, FedEx)
When products are shipped via standard parcel carriers, they are subject to the carriers' terms and timelines. Once a package is in transit, Virtus Vans cannot alter delivery dates, change shipping addresses, or expedite shipments.

UPS deliveries often take 2–3 additional business days beyond the quoted timeline

These carriers enforce strict policies on damage claims, and documentation is essential
We recommend photographing the box on all sides before and after opening, especially if any damage is observed.
Insurance & Damage Claims
To file a damage claim, the customer must:

Take clear photos of the shipment before and after unpacking, showing all sides and the extent of any damage

Provide a written description of the damage and include all supporting documentation
This information is required to process a claim with the carrier. If a claim is approved, Virtus Vans will begin reproduction and ship replacement items according to our current lead times.
Claims cannot be processed without proper documentation.
Payment & Delivery
All shipping charges must be paid at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged in writing. No payment is required upon delivery.
LTL Freight Delivery
Orders that require palletized LTL shipping are handled by third-party freight carriers. While most shipments arrive within 5–7 business days, delivery times may be affected by:

Driver availability

Carrier-specific issues

Virtus Vans will schedule the shipment and provide tracking details

The customer is responsible for coordinating final delivery directly with the carrier once contacted

Scheduling a delayed delivery (e.g., more than 3 days after contact) may result in daily storage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility
If you will be unavailable during the expected delivery window, we can hold your completed order at our facility for a fee. Please notify us in advance.
