This includes—but is not limited to—changes in weight distribution, center of gravity, and the function of factory-installed safety features. As such, drivers must exercise additional caution, particularly in conditions where vehicle balance or performance may be affected. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to inform all potential drivers of any modifications made and their possible impact on vehicle behavior. Virtus Vans is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the improper use, installation, or maintenance of our products. Continued or extreme use of our components can result in wear that affects both vehicle reliability and occupant safety. Regular inspection and maintenance of all aftermarket equipment is solely the owner's responsibility. Do not purchase or install Virtus Vans products unless you are prepared to accept this responsibility. If you are not fully confident in your ability to safely install a product, seek professional assistance from a qualified installer. Many states and local jurisdictions have laws regarding vehicle modifications, including ride height, lighting, and equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Virtus Vans reserves the right to update or modify product designs, specifications, and materials at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not obligate Virtus Vans to update or retrofit previously sold products.
