Refund policy

At Virtus Vans, we build and deliver products designed for life on the road — and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

 

Returns

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. 
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Additional packaging or handling fees may apply if the item is not returned as received.

  • Large items shipped via freight will incur an additional return shipping charge.

All applicable return fees will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued to your original payment method.

 

How to Start a Return

Before we can begin processing your return, please email the following information to info@virtusvans.com:

  • Full name on the order

  • Order number

  • Brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will get back to you with the next steps, including return shipping instructions.

 

Shipping Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to properly package and ship the item back to our warehouse.

Returned items must arrive back at our facility within 60 days of the original delivery date. Returns received after this window may incur additional fees based on product condition.

 

Exchanges

Want to swap your item for something else? Just place a new order for the product you’d like, and follow the return process above for your original purchase.

 

Refunds

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to process after we’ve received and inspected your return. In some cases, it may take up to 2 weeks for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you don’t see your refund within 14 days of delivery to our warehouse, please reach out to us at info@virtusvans.com with your order number.
